Coronavirus Outbreak: ETIYA Measures

At ETIYA, the safety and well-being of our 900 employees, contractors, partners and customers was and remains our highest priority. 
 
Amidst the growing uncertainty and fast-changing government guidelines across countries, we have taken several measures to support the safety, welfare of our customers and our workforce including
 
• All non-essential travel is suspended
• All travel to restricted countries has been suspended
• Any person returning from a restricted country is required to self-quarantine for two consecutive weeks and must seek immediate medical attention at the first sign of any symptoms of illness
• Critical support and delivery teams are working on rotation and wherever possible from home
• Additional sanitation, health and safety measures have been put in effect across all our offices

We've Been Shortlisted for Most Innovative Use of AI Technology at the AfricaCom Awards!

We are pleased to inform you that ETIYA has been shortlisted as a candidate for the “Most Innovative Use of AI Technology Award” at AfricaCom 2018, with its AI-powered automated Customer Service project.

Within the scope of the shortlisted project, ETIYA aimed to reply and manage corporate customer e-mails, sent to the CCS (Corporate Customer Services) team, through Customer Service Management and artificial intelligence-powered customer notification management solution.

ETIYA has placed an important service in the centre of the customer's future digital roadmap with its artificial intelligence solution, through autonomous learning and natural language processing method, which has strategic importance in digital transformation.
